The olives for this oil are harvested in a traditional way with a great deal of elbow grease. Immediately afterwards, they’re brought to the mill and pressed, in order to assure the best quality possible.

In line with this artisan philosophy, the bottles are produced in small batches and made with 100% recycled glass, putting eco-sustainable sense first and embracing so-called imperfection.
